6 Weeks

I can't believe it has been 6 weeks since Lucy has been born. She is such a good baby. The last two nights she has slept 8+ hours straight...I am one lucky mama. Here are some pictures that my friend Molly took. I think they turned out great...Thanks Molly. 1.5 weeks until the big move...wow I have a lot to do.

Emma loves Lucy!

Tuesday the kids came to visit the hospital. We were not surprised to see that Emma was excited to see little Lucy.

When Lucy got home we were also not surprised to see Emma volunteer to hold Lucy.

I don't think that Emma could ever get tired of holding her little sister. This next pic is on day two. She held Lucy for at least two hrs straight both times.

Baby Lucy!

Baby Lucy can be described in one phrase, "Dynamite comes in small packages." We have been especially taken back with the fact that she is almost identical to Emma in appearance. Baby Lucy took her sweet time getting here. She was due on the 25th of March. We didn't want to waste the time we had with Alicia's mom being here so we requested "death by induction." Alicia would say that this was by far the easiest delivery out of the three. I would say that I was far more worried with this one than any other. But in her own way, Lucy seemed to take her own time getting here. After nine hrs of basically waiting around without much discomfort, thanks to a great veteran anesthesiologist, we got little Lucy. So here she is if you haven't seen her pictures yet, we'll post more of the whole family when they come to visit later today.

Here we come

Wow...2 posts in 2 days that must me be a record for me....Well we are moving to.....DETROIT!!!!!!! Devin got his top pick program for residency. We are very excited. We wish is was closer to family but we are very happy and blessed to be going there. Good job D!!

3 WEEKS

Less than 3 weeks before baby #3 comes! We are all excited...I am scared. Tomorrow is match day so we find out for sure where Devin is going...stay tuned I will do a post on the exciting news. And because I never post... here is a couple pictures of the kids on a Sunday afternoon.

We recently had our vacume break down. It is the 3rd one we have bought in 3 years and we were sick of buying vacumes that just break down. We had 2 bissels and one dirt devil before. We heard about this vacume from my parents and decided to give it a try. I LOVE THIS VACUME. Who knew I would be so excited about a vacume but it is amazing. It is small but has amazing suction. I have tryed the dyson and while I have never had one I can say that I like this better. It sells at walmart for 159.00 and is so worth it. We love it. If you need a new vacume get this one. It is called the Shark.
